Child Care at IVIS 2025
Application for funding for additional child care or caring costs for attendance at IVIS2025
As part of the VIC’S continued efforts to make the IVIS2025 symposium more accessible, we are happy to announce the option to apply for funding for child care or caring cost grants for participants who would like to attend IVIS2025.
This would be applicable for participants with dependents between the ages of 3 months to 12 years old.
The maximum award is € 300.00
1. Funds may be applied for support for:
- Home-based childcare expenses incurred due to delegate attending IVIS2025. This may include additional day care or after school care if the parent attending is the primary carer.
- Home-based caring expenses incurred due to the primary registered carer attending IVIS2025.
- Travel of a relative or other care provider to applicant’s home to provide care when applicant is attending IVIS2025.
- Travel of care provider with the applicant to care for child during IVIS2025.
- Childcare at IVIS2025.
- Other requests may be considered.
2. The maximum age of child for which child care costs can be requested is 12 years old.
3. The applicant should provide information on age(s) of children (where applicable); details of primary registered caring responsibilities; reason for requesting support; expenses requested (travel, child care) with details of all anticipated expenses.
4. The applicant should be a registered and paid delegate for IVIS2025. REGISTER HERE
