IVIS2025 attendees will receive a 15% discount on the Best Available Rate (BAR) at the time of the reservation, for all bookings via the HiltonLink.
Reservation Procedure
- It is understood that the individual participants make their own reservation through the HiltonLink.
- The rate provided online will be a special discounted rate (15% of the best available rate with comparable restrictions; via Hilton managed distribution channels).
- The booking page will be valid until the hotel is sold out.
- No room block is guaranteed by the hotel.
- The booking will need to be guaranteed by the Individual Participants’ credit card and cannot be cancelled free of charge at the time of booking.
- In case of a no-show or late cancellation (cancellation of confirmed booking), the full amount will be charged to the individual’s credit card.
