Our Symposium is dedicated to bringing together more than 200 experts to share most exciting results and insights in the field of veterinary science and immunology, including biological mechanisms underlying host-pathogen interactions and specificities, vaccine and therapeutic strategies, innate and protective immunity, disease diagnosis and control, reagent and methodological developments. This will be an opportunity for delegates from all involved sectors to engage with leaders in the field and network in the comfort of a state-of-the-art conference facility.

Should sponsors wish to organize an event before, during or after the Symposium, written consent from IVIS VIC is required.
Sponsors are welcome to offer additional events; however, these may not take place parallel to any official Symposium Events.

The following exhibition opportunities are available:
- 3mx2m Exhibition space (provided: table, linen, 2 chairs)
- 1 x Free-standing pull-up banner in general symposium area.
To secure an Exhibition space, you would need to complete the ‘Booking Form’ and a tax invoice will then be forwarded to you for payment of a non-refundable 50% deposit.
Sponsorship will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Settlement of all outstanding monies is required no later than 3 months after payment of deposit or 3 months prior to the event, whichever is earlier. If payment is not received within this timeframe the organisers reserves the right to re-sell your package.
