• Fees: All registration fees are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by the organizers.

2. Participation

• Attendance: Only registered participants are allowed to attend IVIS2025 sessions and events.
• Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Identification: Participants must wear their event badges at all times during the symposium.

3. Abstract Submission

• Original Work: All submitted abstracts must be original and not previously published.
• Review Process: Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Programme Committee, and acceptance is at their discretion.
• Presentation: Accepted abstracts must be presented by the registered author during the symposium.
