Travel Grants
We are excited to announce that the IVIS2025 Symposium will provide one set of travel grants directed to researchers from LMIC as well as another set of grants directed to PhD students from any country. These grants will help promote diversity and global collaboration by supporting talented researchers and professionals who might otherwise be unable to attend.
Eligibility criteria for the IVIS2025 travel grants
- You are a researcher and national / citizen of a low- or lower-middle income country based on the World Bank Classification.
- You are a current PhD student from any country.
- You have pre-registered for the IVIS2025 Symposium.
- You are presenting an abstract.
You are not eligible to apply if:
- You are a national / citizen of a middle or high-income country.
- You have received other sources of funding or a different grant to attend the IVIS2025 Symposium.
Your application will only be considered for the travel grants if you are eligible.
How to apply for a travel grant?
Only participants who are pre-registered and who have submitted abstracts can apply for IVIS2025 travel grants.
